Your appointment is always looked forward to at about face! This time is specifically set aside for you to make you feel your best. If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment(s) a 48-hour notice is required. This allows the opportunity to serve other guests interested in that time slot.

Life happens and it is known that unavoidable issues can occur. Emergencies, illness, weather, etc. will be considered and dealt with on an individual basis.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation reminders are sent via square to both email and text.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your appointment time, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s).

“No showing” your appoinment will result with a charge of 100% of the reserved appointment(s).
